MiWay with the most unprofessional customer service

I had car insurance with Hollard until I sold the car and insured the next one with MiWay... MiWay at the time of insuring the vehicle asked me if I wanted to cancel the insurance with Hollard to which I rep**** yes. They never bothered to assist me with the cancellation and did not even care to inform me that it has not been cancelled. I only found out after going through my bank statements that I have been paying two comprehensive insurance premiums for the last 4 months.
