Miway *********** with claims

On 25 March around 3am ******s derailed my motor gates and attempted to ***** my Nissan Np200 bakkie. They were pushing vehicle and we heard noises and pressed the home alarm and they ran leaving the van rolling. Van landed on top of a short drain wall. When we checked the ignition and wires was tampered with and van hit the wall hard so under must be damaged too. I called Miway to tow vehicle and they requested a case number which I got same day. They only came to tow vehicle 2 days later on 27 March. It's now 5 April the assessment isn't done, they asking for a tracker activation report, I sent them my updated tracker installation certificate. How do I get a tracker activation when they didn't start van they pushed it. Miway is being ridiculous and I'm paying for almost 7 years with no claims before. This is a business vehicle but they have no urgency in them to assist. Nearly 10 days my vehicle is in their yard, not sure for what reason it's there so long. What does tracker activation got to do with attempted theft and damage, ******s will still try to ***** and damage tracker or not. Does miway think I tried to ***** and damage my own van and risk paying 6k access which is a loss. Have some common sense there's no professionalism about them. Some Portia mthembu is handling my claim, sends me one email a day and that's it, her job is done. Incompetence really. I have no vehicle for 2 weeks now, not even assessment done. Miway needs to tell me if they will sort me out or not, return my vehicle same condition as taken. Then I know we're I stand, I can get my vehicle fixed and cancel their insurance and look for an insurance company that's their for their customers. I read their reviews on Facebook and other sites and seems like it's their principle to take our money but not pay us out. It's a headache dealing with them such inconvenience to me. Any other company would have fixed my van within 2 weeks miway didn't even assess the van. They are jokes really I can't work with such an *********** company. They need to get to the point and tell me if they going to sort me or not or return my vehicle ASAP. Also I'm paying 10 days car hire they not even assisting me there to get a courtesy vehicle. Really useless I tell you. Avoid miway insurance cos time to claim you get no joy you just paying an installment for no reason.
