Miway window claim is a *******

WHAT A BUNCH OF *******!!!! I pay my insurance monthly yes now that I need a window replaced I must pay R 1230 in excess for my little hatch! When compared to other insurance companies it's 3 times higher! I was warned about taking insurance with you'll and today I sincerely regret my decision. I have comprehensive insurance - please explain why you have comprehensive insurance and pay huge amounts because the sales consultant was greedy for a sale and did not do the correct thing. I was just advised that my window excess could have been reduced to around R 400.00 if the consultant had done his job.... but no he was more concerned with getting a sale. Now when it comes down to it, I the customer must pay for his laziness or perhaps this is a ploy to make more money out of people!!! Why now after the fact must I call in to review my documents and ask for my amounts to be adjusted. Miway does not operate in good faith at all.

Please get someone to call me to sort this ******* out! I'm not paying for some else's mess up. If your agent didn't do their job properly why must I pay.
