Miway will up the ante, especially, when they regard you, as an eccentric gadfly, just to frustrate you and, put you at your place.
On Friday, that is, on about the 11-10-2018, when I last spoke to Bridget Matlala (Mohlahlo) their agent, regarding my (claim nr C ********** ) to finalise arrangements, for acquiring a courtesy car, which I took hold of, on 12-10-2018; I thought my misery was over, and, how wrong of me, to conclude as such. Miway send me a sms to say I must return Avis rental car on the 17-10-2018, whereas, Bridget Matlala (Mohlahlo) told me, and gave me the absolute assurance that, that I will have a courtesy car for a minimum of seven days, depending on when my panel beater, would be done fixing it. Now, as I write this review, I am being bombarded with sms' telling me to give back the car to Avis. My problem with such a posture, is that the insurance industry is a ******** racket, contrary to what they say, through their humongous advertising budgets. Miway management team, think that their clients are simpletons. They will operate, and act as such, just to dampen your spirit, just for good measure, so that, next time, you will think twice or thrice, before tackling this mighty elephant called Miway; finish and klaar. My problem, is that, yes I took my car to a panel-beater, and he works on time lines and, he just started working on it, this past Monday. Probably, I will not be off the mark, if I were to suggest, that Miway's actions, are akin to that of George Orwell's 1984, where Big Brother reigns supreme. Now that the horse has bolted, WHAT IS TO BE DONE?
