Miway will take forever to help

4 weeks ago my geyser pipe burst, there was water everywhere, I called to get assistance they said they can only send someone in 2 days, I mean the water was flowing! The man assisting me told me about process and procedure can you imagine as if I worked at Miway that I would understand. After that they sent a plumber who was not at all interested and just wanted to go home, at least he switched the water off. Then we stayed a week without water while they were processing the claim. Finally the same plumber man fixed the pipe left the a huge hole in the wall, Miway said another supplier will come to fix it, I tell you three different companies have been to my house and 4 weeks later I still have a huge hole but they have said they will fix it. Honestly, this is not a good insurance company and they have really bad customer service. Save yourself the tears
