Miway will not cover your 3rd party claims

I was involved in an accident in June 2020. The accident was not my fault and the driver of the other car admitted fault as he did not check his rear view mirror. So I claimed through his insurance, Miway. To begin with, the process took 2 months and miway comes back and tells me that they will only pay me 70% of the assessed damage to my car. For an accident that was not my fault? Where am I supposed to get the other 30% from? Wow. To think I was actually considering moving my insurance to Miway. Never. And I urge everyone else not to insure their vehicle with such a company.
