miway will never reimburse your access money

its going to a year now ,with back and forth that Miway has been doing, after my car was bumped into last year july 2022, i paid access as requested by Miway ,to date i am still fighting to be reimbursed my access , i am told the guy who caused the accident is denying and also case number is missing now i have to lose my money because miway is failing to do their job its so disappointing to be paying premiums on time but when its their turn to do the work its drama that is unnesesary, the guy who was assisting us Vincent zulu is now ignoring our emails and shifting the blame to us, this is not fair and not ethical at all. all i want is my R4250.00 that i paid and was told i will be reimbursed the rest of the unprofessionalism and drama that miway is causing is beyond me, and i am sick and tired of this drag, just pay me my money back,
