MiWay will never be My way. It is clearly their WAY

I would review zero stars if I could. I was in JHB to fetch my kids, whilst there someone with a motorbike hit the back of my car, since it wasn't a huge accident and no one was hurt, the damages were minimal, hardly a dent, a scratch and a small crack in the bumper. I called MiWay and initially tried claiming through my comprehensive cover, but the questions about if there was a police report opened, was i drinking etc was a bit too much, they are meant to be on my side considering the amount of money ones pays. I sent them pictures of the bike and where it hit my car from behind me, they made it sound like I was the reason for the accident it was shocking service. I then said to cancel that claim and to put it under scratches and dents, and apparently because someone bumped into me (the tiniest of scratch and dent) i can't claim it under scratch or dent. I asked the woman what the difference is if a troll hit into me, she kept saying no it was an accident. This is the most ridiculous insurance excuse. I am going to spread the news on social media as this is pathetic service. I could have just said it was from a trolly and not a bike, i mean come one who is the joke here.
