MiWay will make their own assumption and ignore the actual cause of accident

My car got into oil spillage in January. MiWay took full month interrogating me and bringing all assumptions that could be my fault causing accident other than oil on the road .

I have send them a video showing the oil or whatever fuel it was that was on the road . The video was not taken for them but I took it for family on a spot that I thought it’s more clear to see . MiWay said no this oil is not on my side of the road ,but the oil was showing that is was deliberately poured on the road not splashed but as a trail . They said no the car got into a ditch of water and aqua plan cz one tyre at the back was worn out . But the scene is steep hill no ditch or dip just oil .they then said no how come other cars were able to pass and not slip . Remember road is two lane then the oil not splashed al***** but it drips along the road so the could have been traveling on lane with no oil or missing oil drips . But on the same spot where the car skidded of to there were parts of at least two different cars ,showing there has been similar crash .

MiWay changed the story and said no the accident was caused by speed . Cartracker record is showing I once did 160 km on N3 . Mind you the accident is in N11 like 300km away from N3 . Then again they said no I was doing 100 in 60 zone so accident is caused by that ,but the section of the road is a straight section not curving or no blind spot again with 2lanes going same direction

Then they went back to no aqua plan . I told them the section has good drainage system and they saw on photos and videos and it was not raining so much that there is running water that you would slip on . The car is a front wheel drive and had new premium tyres fitted on so how was the car going to aqau plan with one rear tyre when in a front wheel drive ? No answer instead they ignore the oil and pushed the narrative that oil was not on my side of the road and they don’t think spiking is spossible on that section . They chose to stick to aqua planning assumption than the actual truth visible infront of them .

Wait . On the day of the accident they sent a tow truck and kept the car in their storage .however they said because they are rejecting the claim I will be responsible for tow truck.they only paid tow truck after a long fight . But I had to collect my car at own cost almost 300km away from my residential address . That’s where they kept the car . I have asked for my call recordings as they said in their report I’m the one who said the car aqua planned . It’s been a month I have to recieved that recording . Despite then saying calls are recorded and you will get the recording when you requesting them

There was no water to aqua plan on . There were no curves to lose control on . Car skidded off the road due to oil MiWay said no the video doesn’t show oil on my lane but it shows same spot of accident just on other lane (I don’t remember any prerequisite on their policy that says show evidence of cz of accident) video was not for them but family and audio on the video clearly illustrate that one is talking with his brother . But it was also shared with MiWay urgent for them to see that indeed there was a oil. However the video was not taken in angle where MiWay wanted it. could they have requested me on the day of incident to take photos of pill on my lane I would have . Oh the video also shows intensity of rain zero water to aqua plan on
