Miway Will Leave You Stranded. Useless company.

Booked 2 Miway Wedrive services, which are facilitated by Roadtrip. First trip, on 7 March, driver, Bongile Mbilane, arrived a hour late and then proceeded to drive as fast as possible to make up time. No respect. Second trip, 10 March did not even happen. Driver Keith Williams, seemed to have intentionally, and knowingly driven to the wrong address, left me stranded and did not even offer a apology. He just drove to a place that didn't even exist, instead of the actual pickup address, which had a name and a physical address. Just on look up of the name, as there is only place with this name and address, gives you the exact address. Miway had the correct address, but the Roadtrip driver somehow ended up 90Km away at a different address.

Roadtrip are a bunch of unprofessional people. I will never recommend anyone using Roadtrip again, either through a insurance policy/benefit or on its own. They aren't worth the trouble.

As for Miway, I was left stranded at night, nothing was done from your side, and no sincere apology for the massive inconvenience caused.
