Miway will fail you in times of need!

Someone drove into my car , a case was opened with the lady admitting guilt for driving into my car at the police station and this was even documented by the cops. This incident happened in December 2017 and the last time i got an update about the case was last year . I would like to cancel my insurance with Miway to join that of the person that bumped me because clearly they fight for their clients (To make it worse this lady was wrong and even admitted guilt) . I have been with Miway for many years and the one time there was a claim they let me down. This is unacceptable service my patience has ran out.
