MiWay will cheat you out of a claim one way or another.

Good day, I have been a MiWay car insurance customer for 2 years. On the 21st of December I had a breakdown and I called MiWay for towing and they said my policy covers only 40km and if it's more than that, I will need to pay the rest. So we agreed that I will use private towing truck and they will pay me back, I was communicating with different employees from their customer care desk with no luck to this day, so now I am out of R3 000!!! Omfg. This is the second time that they have used some slick little technicality in their contracts to force me to pay a bill that I pay them to help me to avoid!
