MiWay why must a 3rd party individual suffer like this when there is enough proof showing your client is the cause of the accident and pay me what is due for my damages!!!

I am disgusted at the treatment I received from Miway. Yes I am a 3rd party trying to claim for damages (over R100 000) their client caused to my vehicle in an accident that occurred on the 15th of Jan 2026 on the Pomona bridge.

Without going into to much detail. My claim was rejected with inaccurate reasons provided. They claim their client had right of way when crossing over the highway as the traffic light was green, I was already turning right to go onto the highway - if anyone has been on the Pomona bridge then they will concur that the traffic light has not been operational for more than a year I mean there is only poles left with no working part that would show green. The law states that if a traffic light is not working the intersection becomes a four way stop. Your client hit my car at a speed of 50km/h so she did not stop at the intersection and there is no way you can reach that speed in a space of 10 meters with a Kia Reo. I have provided 50 photos, a JMPD report that was taken at the scene and also have a witness that was interviewed by JMPD and none of this was taken into consideration when looking at my claim. I lodged a complaint with them and is yet to receive a call from someone senior. All they say is I must go the legal route and I will have to loan money to do so as I am 100% certain I have a very strong case but if Miway can lie like this to a 3rd party then how will they wiggle out of paying their actual clients.

They might come back on this forum with their fabricated stories as they did with me but I have enough proof to counter anything they have to say. All I am saying is if you did a little bit of investigation Miway you will see that your client was actually in the wrong and caused significant damage to my car that is my only means of transport to work.
