MIWAY - Where they do things "THEIR" Ways....

<p>After being 7 years of their clients without any accident claims and the moment you claim there is issues.</p> <p>My car a little incident and lodged a claim and all I wanted is for Miway to fix my car at their panel beaters which Miway should be responsible for all the cost.</p> <p>But instead, theyhave "wtitten off" my car and take my car off my insurance policy, which now my car currently not insured. And they offer me R4000 (which I have not received the money yet) for me to fix my car, but the repair quotes from their approved center came up to R14000. That means I had to pay R10000 out from my own pocket to fix my car.</p> <p>And the consultant from Miway that only once i repaired my car and that it back to their assessment center, then they will put my car back into my policy. So untill then my car is now NOT INSURED!!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is ridiculous, If I don't need insurance I would not take it up in the first place, now you want me to first take money out from my own pocket to repair my car before my car an be insured??!!!</p> <p>And you would think that road side assistence is free? not you are wrong, it comes with a cost.</p> <p>When you claim for Road side assidence they mark it as a "insurance claims" in their profile</p> <p>I had 3 road side assistance previously, and they all marked as "insurance claim" which is now dented records and profiie. That's why I've been paying for high insurance premium and high Excess.</p>
