MiWay was exceptional in the way they supported me with my claim. i received a huge water bill and called in a leak detection specialist because the meter was running pretty fast which suggested a massive leak. the leak was detected underground so a plumber was called to repair urgently. i then called Miway and explained the situation and the need for my actions pre approval. they receieved the reports from the leak detection specialists and plumber - recognised the urgency and approved my claim. they processed within a day and confirmed reimbur*****t immediately. this was my first time to claim and it was painless and seamless. i joined Miway 4 years ago and never needed them until now, imagine such unforeseen expenses in Dezember and its impact if Miway did not come through with the support! thank you MiWay
