MiWay was able to assist me via WhatsApp which is very convenient if you dont have airtime. We leave in a day and age were we always have data. I would also like to thank the agent who helped me: Tlangelani Mculu

15 Apr 2023, 11:38I would like to commend MiWay for their WhatsApp platform, I was able to log a claim and send pictures of the damage to my car which I could not do on the app. I would also like to thank Tlangelani Mculu, he went out of his way to help me on the whatsapp platform which made everything effortless on my side. He assisted me to log my claim and send the pictures on whatsapp and it took me less that 30 minutes. Something that took over 2hrs on the app and the app still could not capture my claim. Thank you Tlangelani Mculu
