MiWay wants ITC history when you submit a claim

Three weeks ago my window was smashed and the claim process took forever and thereafter they asked for excess that was more than the cost of replacing the window at my own cost. Naturally I replaced the window at own cost and saved more than R100.00. Unfortunately for me, I again have to submit another claim when I realised that my car war hit on the bumper and tailgate by an unknown motorist. In submitting a claim I was on the phone at my own cost for a long time being passed on to Ofentse who kept me on hold at least twice when I questioned the interrogation that one has to go through when being underwritten. When I insisted that he calls me back after being kept on hold a number of times, he said he would try and does not promise that he would come back to me. <br> When he eventually calls, one of the questions is \Do I give them permission to check my ITC history?'
