MIWAY VEHICLE THEFT CLAIM

Hi, Previously I have a good relationship with my miway however my current claim C*** with Silence Ngobeni for a vehicle theft is not going very well. This person is a senior consultant as they say however he is *********** and does not know what he is doing. We have provided him with all the information but my claim is still not sorted since the 3rd of December 2023. No one at Miway is willing to assist even his Manager keeps telling me about processes however processes are internal and not my problem as their client. To say I am disappointed is down playing the whole issue. Today is the 8th and I still have no update on my case!!!
