MiWay vehicle insurance - Issue with premium resolved quickly with a very good attitude.

I had some problems with incorrect information being recorded and my premium being higher than previously quoted.

I used the app to chat to MiWay and during the chat it got disconnected and I was called back right away.

The Senior Advisor Bongiwe Sikhakhane was then able to confirm all the information and help with correcting the premium to the original quote that was lower than my previous insurer.

I must say that it is really rare these days to get good service, where most companies seem like they are doing you a favour when you are paying them, but it has been my experience so far that MiWay values having satisfied clients and when that is the case you don't mind paying.
