Miway Vehicle Insurance is a terrible Insurer

I write as the affected third party in relation to the above claim, which was rejected on the basis that your insured driver allegedly suffered a medical condition while driving. I formally demand immediate settlement of my claim.

Your refusal is unfounded and unsupported. No credible evidence has been provided to demonstrate that the driver’s alleged medical episode was sudden, unforeseeable, or legally absolves MiWay of liability. As a result of your refusal, I have suffered substantial damages to the vehicle and storage costs.
