MiWay Vehicle Insurance Assistance

<p>I was assisted by Raulani who followed up on my MiWay vehicle insurance premium. I was a bit concerned to discover that, although I had been paying insurance premiums for 3 months, my insurance on my car had not yet been finalised. I can't understand how I wasn't contacted earlier about this. Raulani was very helpful though - she told me exactly what I needed to do and where I needed to do it in order to straighten things out. Would've appreciated better service from MiWay as a business, but Raulani's service was excellent.</p>
