Miway Vehicle Assistance

Vehicle Assistance - Miway - On Saturday morning, I discovered to my horror that I had left my lights on - the result was a very flat battery. Luckily, I am covered by Miway which was a Vehicle Assist and Roadside Assistance benefit - I phoned the call centre and was assisted by Enock Lamola - he took all my details, organised for someone to come through and boost the battery and kept me informed throughout the process and phoned to make sure that it happened. Excellent service which is rare in this day and age - very positive impression created by Enock for Miway - well done.
