Miway uses Non-Approved Land Rover Panel Beater

In June 2013, I knocked an animal on way to Johannesburg along the N12 near Warrenton and my car popped the front airbags. MiWay said I should take the car to NC panel beaters (NCP) , which was not land rover approved and promised to call me later to direct me to a land rover approved panel beater. I phoned MiWay after a few weeks of not hearing anything from them and asked Sandile what they decided. He said MiWay decided that NCP will fix the car even though they were not land rover approved. <br> <br> After fixing the car, I drove it to JHB and parked it. In Nov 2013, while driving to Kimberley white smoke came form the exhaust and after land rover Potch inspected the car, they said it blustered the turbos. I immediately notified MiWay, but they never came back to me. After several attempts to contact them, I decided to place my query on their Website-Enquiry, but still no one called me. I had to fix the car due to being pressured by the garage.<br> <br> 3 weeks ago, I emailed Knox & Tsholofelo about this issue and they said they have escalated the matter for their superior's attention, but till now no one ever came to be.
