Miway uses a witness who actually did not witness the accident.

Miway insurance claim no:C*** is using a witness that stopped 3-5minutes after the accident to reject a claim (who is friends and works at the same company of their client). How did that witness who now gives a statement 3months later, see what happened when he was over 3-5 minutes behind see what happened with such a big time gap? They are refusing to show tracker records, saying it is not their duty to prove the claim. It is our duty to show evidence showing this is the case. Yet they now say the witness who actually saw what happened in his rear view mirror and stopped immediately - they cannot take his statement into account because they want to know how he saw what happened in his rear view mirror yet the witness said he was watching the truck because of the way the truck was driving and coming fast towards him. Miway is looking for every possible reason to reject this claim without actually doing a proper investigation. We are aware that it is mandatory for fleet vehicles that are covered by Miway to fit in trackers… so use the tracker record and check where exactly this witness was when the accident actually happened … even if he was 30 seconds behind he would have seen nothing because he would have been behind a bend. Do your jobs before you reject a claim and find ways to ***** people over.
