miway useless tyre Insurance

Had a tyre puncher on my way home. Knowing that I am paying for tyre insurance, I thought I don't have to worry, Joh. I reported the incident to the insurance for them to arrange the replacement of the damaged tyre but that was just a dream. instead, they arrange for car towing with their consultant insisting that I was involved in car accident. My thinking is that he is doing this intentionally in order to damage my record that other insurance companies regard me as high risk. This is so disappointing
