MiWay Unreasonable

I requested MiWay to insure a new VW Polo that I bought in December 2019. MiWay advised that a tracking device should be installed in the vehicle which I got done through the VW dealership.The tracking company advised that MiWay wants the tracking device to be upgraded to register impact as well, and until that is done I am not covered for theft and hijacking. I am of the opinion that an accident(impact related) and theft/hijacking are 2 unrelated issues and MiWay is totally unreasonable in not accepting the fitted device. I arranged insurance through another insurance company who accepted the current tracking device. The reason for cancelling according to MiWay on the VW Polo, the 2nd vehicle and house hold contents is "Insufficient Security" which isn't only misleading but also untrue as "Insufficient Security" was never an issue on the 2nd vehicle and house hold contents. It would be appreciated if MiWay can explain the above and set the records straight.
