Miway Unfair

As i was turning right at an intersection, on the evening of 11 April, and me being the through driver, the negligent Miway client failed to stop at the stop street, did not look out and slammed into my car damaging the right front and rear doors as well as the posts nearly causing injury to me! The client admitted his fault that he was not looking and this was witnessed and heard by an independent person as well as two passengers in my vehicle. Now Miway comes along and says that this independent person is not a credible witness.

Funny enough that Miway is now asking me to provide evidence when their own client has admitted being at fault for this accident. I mean I have already provided an independent statement from a witness who was privy to your client admitting his fault, now what more do you need when your client admits to being at fault? And why must I pay 30% for your clients negligence as per his words.. And to top this unfair, shameless and pathetic service, any legal action taken against their client will be defended by Miway! Of course
