Miway Unauthorised Early Debit Leaves Me Stranded, plus an Increased Premium

On the 24th of October, Miway makes their own decision to debit early without discussing with me first. My policy clearly states the 1st is the debit date. I put petrol in and when needing to pay I had insufficient funds, leaving me stranded and running so late I missed my appointments. I also tried different ATM and Paypoints like a fool thinking its an error that my account has insufficient funds.. I will not ask for the 1st as debit date if it was not of importance! If Miway wants to make their own decisions they should pay my premium for me or cancel my business insurance and I will gladly pay more for an insurance I can trust, that will not take decisions without discussing with their customer first...add ontop of that many years claim free until recently a small claim, and now my insurance renewal has been increased by R450...very disappointed in Miway for ruining my time schedule and my appointments just so they can take their money super early for no valid reason whatsoever..and without my permission... Can Miway take responsibility for the damage it caused and the financial impact it had on me? I think not, I think a simpleton answer of sorry is what will happen and they cant do nothing about the damage they caused or fix any of the consequences of their actions...just super disappointed and I am strongly considering moving my business assets to another insurer, whether I pay more or less I dont care, as long as I can trust my insurer and get the service I expect. Miway is a big company, but it seems they just cant wait to get their hands on my money, which is a concern for me. From the 1st of every month, Miway can get their money, but before that date you are *****ing MY money which is NOT meant for Miway and is meant for me to continue my daily tasks. Miway does not see the seriousness or consequence of their actions.. The customer has to fix the situation and make a plan when Miway drops the ball...Very Poor for such a large company...
