MIWay - Unable to cancel policy

I have been trying to cancel y MiWay police for the last two weeks.

I am unable to log into the app, as i have opted to cancel all coverage from there, essentially making it impossible to log in again.

Customer representatives have called, let the phone ring once, then **** the call. They did however send a message stating that they "tried" to contact me.

Even phoning the call center today, i was told that i could not cancel my policy due to the manager not being there...

In what universe is that a plausible excuse, if there are no managers present, surely a plan can be made to help clients!!!!

I want my policy cancelled, and never to have anything to do with MiWay, any of their representatives, nor any of their marketing partners!!

Making the client jump through hoops is a clear and pathetic way of trying to retain a very unhappy customer base!!!
