miway u guys suck

I issues a claim on the 22nd of June 2021 I followed up accessor called me and said a lady by the name of Komotso will update me I contacted her and can u believe it she made me contact the accessor again to send her hes report which I did and called her back she sent me a letter to get my payment done I signed emailed her back to confirm she received it she said she did and was gonna make payment which takes 2 to 3 working days to reflect into my bank account and that I will receive a confirmation of payment nothing came thru today I called 3 times and emailed her twice no response 20 mins ago at around 2pm I spoke to a gentleman in claims named Sunil and he informed me that no payment was made and that he will get komotso to call me still no response tomorow will be 1 weeks that I'm waiting for my claim to be paid out so I can repair my tyre and rim and miway can give me any answers they are terrible
