Miway tyres very bad experience

I usually don't have issues with Miway services and i have been sticking with them because of their easy and great customer service and I've always given 5 stars for it. However, this time I'm struggling with Miway tyres claim. I opted for a comprehensive cover and they asked me if i need cover for my tyres so i accepted. It's been over 3 months (since march 13) and i haven't received any feedback from the claims department and they have escalated it 3 times already without any success. I wanted to sort it without resorting to HelloPeter but they haven't given me any other choice.
