Miway ****ty insurance

MiWay Insurance Limited is ****ty insurance. Whatever you do in life, do not insure your car or anything with this ****ty company.

My father was involved in an accident, and they sent a ****ty, useless assessor who did not properly assess the car.

In his assessment, he claimed the car needed spraying, which was complete bull****. He also quoted for things that were not damaged and parts that were not even there.

After that, their quotation included **** car parts listed as “non original equipment manufacturer” parts. They then towed the car to VW. Because it was the festive season and they were barely operational, we paid out of our own pocket.

Now we want to be reimbursed. Imagine this: the repairs cost R50 000, and MiWay Insurance Limited says they will only pay R14 782.

This insurance is ****ty. Do not join it unless you want stress, lies, and losses.
