MiWay trying to ***** my life.
You have sent me an email that you are writing off my car, i made plans to get another car, but you are taking forever to finalize my claim and settle the car. i had a courtesy car for twenty days and your assessor (Thinus) is going forth and back with his assessments, i am now carless and don't know what to do, these is after 7 years of being loyal with miway. may you please not make me regret my loyalty towards you and settle the car and then let me do other things. My life cannot stop at your mercy please
