Miway trying to avoid fixing damages.

I was involved in an accident last month 09-11-2020, The car was taken to Autobahn in Kempton park, I received the car on the 1st of December, the was a knock coming from the engine bay, I took the car back and was told its the Shock top the car is still drivable, the shock top was replaced and the sound was still there, I was then told the problem is with the bearing on the left hand side of the car. the sound I still heard coming from the engine bay. on Monday the pulley got damaged and affected the camshaft. as per BMW recommendations it was affected during the accident. I called miway to inform them then Henk Groenewald the claiming assessing manager tells me the damage had nothing to do with the accident, the damaged pully is on the side where the impact was. he tells me they only worked on the suspension not the engine. its not my problem the issue was not checked. I just want my car to be fixed.
