MiWay treats us like we *******
My husband was involved in a car accident last week Saturday, MiWay then called the the break down to come and fetch the car coz my husband wasn't going to be able to drive it. They then send him a link to claim, we called earlier on they said the claim was already made. Till to date we are still waiting for MiWay to give us someone to tell us if they'll pay or not. This is draining coz my husband uses that car to go to work. It's almost a week now we still waiting

04 Sept 2020, 10:05We've been getting that every time we call, that someone will call us back and they never call us back. This is stressing us alot. If there was some form of communication I don't think we would have an issue, we can't wait for two weeks to get someone to call us we can't
