Miway treatment

I have an insurance with Miway and I was told to do a review for the new car that I have bought,where they request license disc and numbers plates.I informed them that I am unable to do the inspection as my car is currently having a temporary permit.Segwadi Mkhomazi was the person who I was chatting with and I was told that I won’t be covered until I do my inspection but yet Miway deduct premiums from my account,like I am failing to understand why I won’t be covered but yet I am paying like is it fair? Atleast I could have been given a chance and I must be covered as I am currently busy with my number plates and license disc for the car then once I have them then I would do the inspection because the inspection requires those discs and number plates.I am not happy to know that I won’t be covered but I am paying for the license.I even emailed them to inform that at the moment I do not have no plates and disc I am unable to do the inspection.Like I am not happy at all.My policy no ***.
