Stay far away from Miway Insurance!

They treat their clients who are under distress like total filth! Their employees are ****s and very ***********. There’s an employee whose name is Kgomotso who prides herself with lying to clients when they make calls to report queries. She’s very quick to make clients end calls all in the name of “I promise to call you back” when in fact she doesn’t. I find it baffling how this insurance company is so poor at helping paying clients when they need the help. I’m talking about clients who don’t miss a month when it comes to making payment. Why must clients go through hell before their claims are approved and well executed!? It’s unacceptable! I need people to stay away from this insurance. They sure know how to put people through hell!
