MiWay to Theirway to Noway

MiWay phoned me on the 15th of April to do a quote and I received an email with the quote on the same day via email. A day or 2 later I received another call and I informed them that I accept the quote, the consultant told me he'll phone me at 3 that afternoon. Nothing happened and I left it for a couple of days, on the 29th of April I responded to the email with the quote to inquire what is going on, only to be told that I have to redo everything as the quote was older than 10 days, that will be another 20 minutes of wasted time to provide information they already have. The most interesting fact is that on their email it states that the quote is valid for 30 days. I think they should look at their communication and processes, their service is a waste time and they lost a potential customer.
