I would like to share my experience with MiWay App! I had a stone hit my window screen damaged real bad- I was super stressed as it happened before pay day. I Logged the claim on the Miway App when I got home.Not knowing if I had money to cover excess. Within a minute of clicking submit I recieved a call from Glassfit to arrange a replacement. What???Never ! I was shocked. The lady routed my call to Blackheath Glasfit Sherry booked the appointment and ordered the windscreen. Next day Sherry called confirmed windscreen is ready.. Miway how did you get this customer journey to a Tea? This is what service should be and your service provider Glasfit world class service.
