Miway threats

After being with Miway for about 31 months (claim free) and never missing single payment in all the time that I've been with them, I unfortunately had 2 minor incidences last year for which I claimed. For the first incident, I was paid R1,724.31 which I was okay with and for the second incident, I was paid R2,350. I was very disappointed with Miway though because the funds for my second claim were quickly followed by a threatening letter and an increase in my excess.

You mean after more than 30 months of paying premiums without any problems, a total of about R4,100 in claims makes me such a bad customer that it warrants you threatening to cancel my policy and ruining my reputation??? This really infuriated me. I'm really disappointed by your conduct Miway.
