Miway third party is horrible

3 months later no proper communication with regards to the third party claim I made with Mi Way . Every time I call in its a different story of how the claim is being handled . I was hit by a mi way client on my stationary car , since the 4th of November ive been contacting them and the legal advisor that is Ntsieni is never in the office to give proper feedback on the matter. The assessment report can not take 3 months ,it's taking people for a **** now .
