Miway third party claims - bad services.

I`m frustrated about miway service, we lodged a third party claim and submitted 2 quotes 6th Feb and 10th Feb, we were told it will take 7 to 10 days to process our claim.

We have calling, sending emails and last week Virginia R advised that our claim was with management and they will send us feedback shortly on that day and we are still waiting even today.

With this service, I`m worried if they will compensate with the correct amount that will be justified to fix our car. Worse miway agents don't update us, we are the ones that must call and email them for updates. This is bad customer service.
