Miway third party claimer

I have lodged a claim with Miway as a third party I haven’t gotten a help even today. Their client hit my vehicle from the back while I was statutory. They only asked for a quotation, ever since they have never got back to me. That time the car is not moving I have to pay for call out quotes. I was hit while I was on my way to work. My life is really stuck because of my vehicle. I’m really looking forward to get a representative.
