Miway third party claim and Denies clients damage, its a pity and shame, what if people had died due to the recklessness of their client

I used to be a member for Mi way back from 2***.Unfortunately in 2020, a Miway Client came into my lane and could not return into their lane in time and bumped my car front and left side. The car is beyond and not driveable. Mi way denied responsibility or negligence of their client fault and requested me to provide evidence, that has been done with different Motor Vehicle and Accident reconstruction experts.The client **** that his tire had burst, experts have proven and shown that the tyre burst during accident Impact, as noted there is lack of blueing on the tyre. Miway still keep denying my claim C***, since August 2020. WHAT'S the point in protecting a client who endangered people's lives and threatened life and yet fail to honor and compansate the damages caused by the client. They are the worst, they promoting bad drivers to destroy pple on the road. ????
