Miway they do things their way

I have had the most terrible service from miway today I was very upset when the agent bongani called me and made me cry..... It's really upsetting that miway does not value their clients.... A guy knocked me from behind it was not even our fault but now I must have suspended accident cover even thou the car is Goin to be fixed privately and not claim from the insurance....
