MiWay: There needs to be alternative methods for payment

MiWay Insurance have helped me since the problem I had on the 5th February 2020. I was able to make payment via a secure link that a wonderful agent (Thabo) sent to me. However, in the light of banks being vulnerable to hackers, I want to cancel all debit orders coming off my checque account. I want to pay via EFT or by secure link on receipt of invoice/statement. The MiWay call centre was unable to help me with this. They insist that payments must be collected by debit order. This will not do. Please help!
