MIWAY = THEIRWAY NEVER YOURWAY: YOU SUCK

This company sells you dreams but when it comes time to claim, they avoid to pay at all costs. I lodged a dent and scratch claim. I was never given feedback on my claim for the duration of my claim, I had to constantly call in for feedback. I took my car for an assessment and was then sent a quote by the assessment company on the same day to the value of R2900. I called you guys to get feedback on my claim and you tell me that the quote you received exceeds my cover amount therefore you will not be able to settle my claim. I advised you that the same assessor who sent me a quote also sent you a quote for the same scratches, there fore if my maximum cover amount is R5000p.a and you received a quote for R2900 , and this being my 1st claim with MIWAY why aren't you willing to cover it? I never want to be associated with the MIWAY brand that only does things THEIRWAY and are never there in times of their customer's needs. Ya'll really suck. PLEASE CANCEL ALL MY FAMILY'S POLICY, I CAN DEFINITELY FIND A BETTER COMPANY THAN YOU.
