BE WARNED! MiWay do it the other way round. I regret the day I responded to their marketing call promising a ridiculous low premium on vehicle insurance. Just imagine paying a monthly premium of less than R500 for a car insurance which is more than 250-000km and the cover thereof includes whatever you can expect from a comprehensive cover. They are out to get you. They know exactly that the car is old. I unfortunately, rather stupidly fell into their trap and insured with them my 2007 model Ford Bantam. Within two years(31/12/2016) my vehicle caught fire right inside my recently built house. I was living in a shack for a number of years when I decided to resign from my employment in order to afford a shelter for my kids. Guess what, 'THEIR WAY' so called MiWay declined my claim saying that they suspect ARSON on my part. Why on earth can I risk burning my house for a mere vehicle at the same time risking my wife and kids lives'? I was so hurt and ridiculed to the point that I watch TV with the remote control in my hand in order to quickly change the channel every time these ******' advert appears on the screen. Now I know for the fact that " A black man is always a suspect" . From the day I launched the claim I was subjected to intense telephone interrogation in order to turn me into a ******** of some kind who burnt his own car inside his house. In case you are a "Thomas" from the Bible try them with your old car and watch the show, BE WARNED!!!!
