Miway the worst insurance in South Africa

Good Morning

Trust all are well during this insane time in South Africa. Really frustrated right now with so called MI WAY INSURANCE. I had a problem last month and my salary went in way past my date of normal debit dates but that's not the intresting part. There after I tried to use atm's since Monday but apparently people think it's fine to damage every single atm and bank in the vicinity of springfield . I even tried Durban central also. Got a fantastic call from a lady yesterday arguing with me for 20 minutes stating that my car insurance is cancelled. Better yet giving me a mouthful about I should transfer from another account and send to my 9wn personal account but hello hey I guess they think they kno it all . I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR 3 YEARS WOW THANKS MIWAY. 2NDLY had a claim with insurance last month and it was a hit and run they actually took 4 days to even contact me and best yet they get people from the legal collection department to assist on the claim. But that's not it . The repair for the vehicle costed R200 FOR A REAR VIEW mirror but mi way wanted to charge me excess of R6000.00 I have been a loyal customer for 3 years and cannot understand how unreasonable they are . This will now be the fifth day I'm looking again for atm thank you MIWAY INSURANCE
