Miway the way to go - MV Insurance

Miway are honestly friendly, helpful and efficient. I had an issue with the annual increase app**** to my premium which was resolved very quickly. A very polite guy by the name of Phemelo helped me resolve the problem very efficiently. He listened went through my personal details, went to speak to his manager and my problem was resolved. He was very mindful every time he had to keep me on hold and apologized for doing so. I didn't mind as my problem was properly resolved in the end. My new policy was immediately emailed to me. The new premium is way better than I had ever expected. So I'm a happy camper.
